sore all over.

the workout on tuesday in my low impact aerobics class made my muscles all sore. it’s painful to sit, get up and it’s painful to walk. lol this is horrible. :[ it’s also painful to pull my arms back like as if i’m gonna wipe after pooing. haha i guess it’s for the good. hopefully my professor is smart and doesn’t make us do a lot of stuff tomorrow. adieu
